Free trivia, clear rules.
Effective 26 September 2026. These terms cover TikTakka's free quizzes and private group challenges.
The service
TikTakka is operated by FINDITPROS LTD and provides free trivia and knowledge games. It is not gambling, a lottery, a bookmaker or a financial service.
Children
TikTakka uses high-privacy defaults and does not ask quiz players for names, email addresses or dates of birth. Children should involve a parent, guardian or responsible adult when they need help understanding these terms or sharing a group invitation.
Private groups
A creator chooses a group lifetime from 1 to 365 days. The group and its leaderboard are permanently deleted after the chosen period. Keep group links and PINs private and share them only with people you know and trust. Do not use real names, contact details or other personal information in group names or nicknames.
Acceptable use and safety
Do not use TikTakka to threaten, bully, harass, impersonate, discriminate against or target anyone; submit illegal, sexual, hateful or harmful material; evade moderation; probe another person's PIN; scrape the service; or disrupt its operation. We may block content or access and preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary for safety, security, complaints or legal obligations. Report concerns through our Safety and Reporting page.
Takkas
Takkas are game points only. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, redeemed, cashed out or exchanged for prizes or anything of value.
Questions and intellectual property
We aim to publish original, reviewed material, but factual mistakes can occur. TikTakka's questions, design and software may not be copied, republished or automated except where law permits. Report corrections or rights concerns through the contact page.
Availability and liability
The service may change or occasionally be unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Consumers retain all mandatory legal rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings where you live.
