Tell us when something is wrong.
TikTakka limits user-created content, filters group names and nicknames, and provides a direct route for reports.
Report a safety concern
Email safety@tiktakka.com. Include the group code or link, the text or behaviour involved, why you are concerned and—if safe to do so—a screenshot. Do not send passwords or PINs.
Urgent danger
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police or emergency services. In the UK, call 999. TikTakka cannot provide emergency assistance.

- Question corrections, copyright concerns and general support: support@tiktakka.com
What happens next
We acknowledge and assess reports as soon as reasonably possible, prioritising credible risks to children or immediate safety. We may remove or restrict a group, preserve relevant records, improve a filter, or ask for more information. We keep report information only as long as needed for safety, legal and record-keeping purposes.
Challenge a moderation decision
If a safe group name or nickname was blocked, email the proposed text and context to the safety address. A person will review the automated decision.
